Search, content & links
SEO that brings in enquiries, not just traffic.®
Found for the right searches
We target the searches people make when they are ready to hire or buy, so rankings turn into calls and form fills, not just visits.
SEO and paid, together
Where you need leads sooner, Google Ads can cover the gap while organic rankings build, and search data from each channel sharpens the other.
An SEO programme, run month by month.®
Every engagement starts with an audit and a keyword map, then moves through technical fixes, content and links in the order most likely to bring in enquiries.

What working with an SEO agency looks like
When an SEO agency is worth hiring
An SEO agency earns its fee when organic search is, or could be, a main source of new business and nobody in-house has the time to run it. Typical signs: competitors outrank you for your own services, traffic dropped after a redesign, or the site gets visits but few enquiries.
If you need leads this week, start with paid search and build SEO alongside it. If Google can't crawl your site properly, fix that before spending on content.
How an SEO programme runs
The first stage is the audit and keyword research: what people search for, which page should rank for each term, and what is stopping it. The output is a keyword map and a fix list ordered by likely impact on enquiries.
From there, the work runs in parallel. Technical issues get fixed, service pages get rewritten or created, and guides answer the questions buyers ask before they get in touch. On GT Osborne's 35-page site, that meant a page for every service and every area the business covers.
Links, earned rather than bought
Google's spam policies class buying links, or swapping goods and services for them, as link spam. Google also says it finds pages mainly through links from pages it has already crawled, and that other sites linking to you happens naturally over time.
So we earn them: supplier and partner listings, trade bodies, local press, and guides good enough that people cite them. It is slower than buying links, and it keeps your site within Google's spam policies.
What realistic SEO results look like
Google says no one can guarantee a number one ranking. Its starter guide adds that some changes take effect in a few hours while others take several months, so judge a change after a few weeks, not a few days.
In our experience, technical fixes and better titles on existing pages show first. New content and links build more slowly, which is why we report trends over time rather than celebrating single positions.
SEO vs PPC, and where AI search fits
Paid search can put you in front of searchers from day one, but the traffic stops when the spend does. SEO takes effort up front and keeps earning visits once pages rank, so many businesses fund both and shift the balance over time.
Google says there are no extra requirements or special optimisations needed to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode; a page must simply be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet. Our AI search optimisation service looks at the wider set of AI tools people now use to research suppliers.
Sector SEO services, and what to have ready
Some sectors need their own approach, such as trust-heavy professional services or booking-led hospitality. We run dedicated SEO for accountants, law firms and hotels.
To start, we need access to Google Search Console and your analytics, a list of priority services and locations, and the competitors you lose work to. Knowing what a good lead is worth to you helps us aim at the right searches.
01 — Audit
We crawl the site, review your Search Console data and benchmark the competitors outranking you for the searches that matter.
02 — Plan
We build the keyword map and a prioritised roadmap, and agree which leads, pages and rankings we will judge progress by.
03 — Execute
We fix technical issues, write and improve pages, and earn links, shipping the highest-impact work first.
04 — Report & refine
Regular reports on rankings, clicks and enquiries, on a schedule we agree with you: what we did, what changed and what comes next.

Pricing & FAQ
SEO agency pricing.®
SEO is scoped to your site, competitors and goals, then quoted as a fixed monthly fee or a fixed project fee after an initial audit and a call.
How long does SEO take to work?
Google says some changes take effect in a few hours and others take several months, and suggests waiting a few weeks before judging a change. Steady ranking gains build over months, depending on competition and where your site starts.
Can you guarantee a number one ranking?
No. Google itself says no one can guarantee a number one ranking and warns against SEOs who claim to guarantee rankings. We agree measurable targets instead and report against them on a schedule we agree with you.
What does an SEO agency actually do each month?
Fixes technical issues, publishes and improves pages, earns links and reports on progress. Early months usually lean technical; later months lean on content and links.
Should we invest in SEO or PPC first?
If you need leads this month, Google Ads puts you in front of searchers quickly but stops when spend stops. SEO takes longer and keeps working. Many businesses run both and use ad data to choose SEO targets.
What's included in an SEO audit?
A crawl for indexing and technical issues, an on-page review of your key pages, a look at backlinks and competitors, and a prioritised fix list showing effort and impact for each item.
Do you write the content too?
Yes. Content writing is included in our SEO retainers: service pages and guides, written and fact-checked by people. Our content marketing service covers ongoing articles, case studies and distribution.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes. Our studio is in Bethnal Green, and we run SEO remotely for clients anywhere in the UK, with calls whenever you need them.
How do you report on SEO results?
In plain English, on a schedule we agree with you. You see clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position from Search Console, enquiries from your analytics, and a short note on what we did and what comes next.
