Overview

Small team. Big-name track record.

100+ projects delivered. Our team's work includes brands like Nike, Visa and Disney.

Three years grown on referrals alone, not ad spend.

Brand, website, SEO and ads under one roof. One brief, one team.

The Think designs and builds hotel websites that turn browsers into direct bookings. We combine atmospheric design and photography with a simple booking journey, fast pages and SEO foundations, on desktop, tablet and mobile.

What a hotel website needs to do

Guests often compare your website with your listing on a booking site. Your site needs to look better, feel more personal and make booking just as easy, with a good reason to book direct.

What's included

  • Atmosphere first: layouts built around photography and video that show what it feels like to stay.

  • Rooms and rates: clear room pages with features, photos and a direct route to book.

  • Booking engine integration: your booking engine built into the journey, not bolted on.

  • Best-rate and direct-booking messages: the reasons to book direct, in the right places.

  • Dining, events and local guides: pages that sell the rest of the experience and help with SEO.

  • Speed and mobile: many guests book on their phone, so every page is designed and tested on mobile and tablet.

  • SEO foundations: titles, schema, internal links and location content, ready for SEO for hotels.

  • An easy-to-edit CMS: update offers, menus and events without a developer.

The pages a hotel website needs

Hotel website design starts with the questions guests ask before they book: what are the rooms like, what does it cost, where is it and what else is there? Each answer needs its own page:

  • Rooms: one page per room type, with size, beds, view, access details, photos and a button that opens that room in the booking engine.

  • Offers and packages: direct-only rates and packages, with clear terms.

  • Eat and drink: menus, opening times and table booking, including for non-residents.

  • Meetings, weddings and events: capacities, floor plans, sample packages and an enquiry form.

  • Location and getting here: map, transport, parking and a local guide that also helps search.

  • Accessibility: detailed access information so guests with disabilities can book with confidence.

  • Policies and FAQs: check-in times, pets, children, deposits and cancellation, all in one place.

Show the full price from the first screen

The CMA's guidance on unfair commercial practices treats a rate that grows during booking, as compulsory charges are added, as banned drip pricing for practices from 6 April 2025. The price must be the total, including any mandatory fees, taxes and charges. Any compulsory resort, cleaning or booking fee belongs in the price guests see first, not on the last screen.

We design room and offer pages so the price is honest from the start, and check that the booking engine shows it the same way.

Getting your direct rate onto Google

Guests often see prices on Google before they visit your site. Google's help on showing hotel rates says that since 30 July 2025 hotels need a partner, such as a booking engine or central reservation system, to show rates on their Business Profile. It also says the booking link must let travellers reserve directly with the hotel rather than through a booking site or social page, and that prices must include all taxes and fees required to book.

We check your booking engine supports this before we build, and point your booking link at the right page. Our guide to hotel SEO covers the rest of the Google side.

Fast on a phone, usable by everyone

Large galleries and booking widgets make hotel sites heavy. Google's Core Web Vitals treat a page as good when the main content loads within 2.5 seconds, it responds to a tap within 200 milliseconds and layout shift scores 0.1 or less, measured at the 75th percentile of visits. We set image budgets per page, keep the booking widget from shifting the layout as it loads and check every room page against those three numbers before launch.

How a hotel website project runs

A typical project takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of rooms, languages and integrations:

  • Discovery: we learn about your guests, your channels and how much of your business comes direct today.

  • Structure and copy: we plan pages around room types, offers and events, and write or edit the words.

  • Design: layouts led by photography, starting with the room page on a phone, where many guests decide.

  • Build: built in Framer as standard, with the booking engine, analytics and structured data connected.

  • Launch: redirects from your old site, tracking checked from search to booking, and training so your team can update offers.

What it costs

Hotel websites start from £7,500, and brand identity starts from £4,000 if the hotel also needs a new look. The quote is fixed before work starts, so it does not move as the project goes on. For projects that start with the brand, see hotel branding.

Platforms

We build mainly in Framer, and also in WordPress and Webflow.

Part of a wider plan

A new website works best alongside hotel marketing: branding, search, ads and email that bring guests to it. We work with hotels across the UK and beyond.
