Know More
GT Osborne is a high-end building company based in Kent, trusted by homeowners and architectural firms for its attention to detail and expert project management. It needed a website that matches the quality of its work.®
Website design and SEO for a high-end building company in Kent.
GT Osborne has been building in Kent and South East London for over 45 years, from full design and build projects to period home refurbishments and super-prime new homes. It works with homeowners and architectural firms, and takes projects from concept through to completion.
For a builder at this level, the website is often the first thing a client judges the business by. The brief was a site that shows the standard of the work, explains each service clearly, and makes it easy to ask for a consultation.

Problem
Craftsmanship that needed to show online.
Clients commissioning luxury homes, extensions and restorations are making a big decision, and they look at a builder's website closely before they get in touch. A site for a building company has to show real projects, build trust quickly and make each service easy to understand.
GT Osborne also works across a wide area of Kent and South East London. People search for a builder by place, so the site needed to speak to each of those areas, not just to the business as a whole.

Solution
Quality shown first, services made clear.
We took the whole project on, from design and build to the words and pictures. We designed and built a 35-page website, wrote the copy for every page and sourced the imagery, so the finished site presents the business in a consistent, polished way.
The site puts the quality of the work front and centre, with a gallery of recent projects and a clear route to requesting a consultation. Each of the business's services has its own page: design and build, home extensions and renovations, interior fit-outs, period homes and heritage restorations, architectural consultations and planning, and super-prime construction.
For local SEO, we built a page for each area the business covers, including Bromley, Chislehurst, Sevenoaks, Beckenham, Blackheath and Orpington. Someone searching for a builder near them finds a page written for their area.

Concept
Let the work speak for itself.
The idea was to let the standard of the building speak for the business, with a design that stays clean and confident so the projects take centre stage.
The service pages, project showcases and area pages work together as one system, with the copy and imagery carrying the same tone throughout. It is the approach we take when building a website for a building company, property developer or construction firm that wins work through reputation and local search: someone can arrive from a search for a service or a place, see the quality of the work, and find a clear route to getting in touch.
