ConsultAway checks UK businesses for grants, tax and duty reclaims and fixed costs they have never reviewed, and only gets paid when the client does. It needed a brand and a website that make a complex offer simple to trust.®
Branding and website design for a UK business advisory.
ConsultAway helps UK businesses recover money and cut costs they didn't know they could. A single thirty-minute conversation checks three areas: grants and incentives, tax and duty reclaims, and fixed costs such as energy, insurance and telecoms. Certified partner firms handle the regulated work, and the client keeps one point of contact throughout.
It was a new business with no existing brand, so the project started from scratch: a name to stand behind, a visual identity, and a website to carry the whole offer.

Problem
A complex offer that had to feel simple and safe.
Business owners are right to be wary of anyone promising to find them money. The offer spans several technical areas, from R&D relief to import duty to energy contracts, and it had to be explained without jargon.
The site also had to answer the questions a sceptical owner asks first: what does it cost, do I have to leave my accountant, and what happens if you find nothing?
Solution
A clear brand and plain-English site.
We took the whole project on: branding, design, build, copywriting, image sourcing, SEO and set-up, including the founders' bios, meta descriptions and the business's email accounts. The Framer website walks a visitor through the offer in plain English: three service pillars, a five-step "how it works" that commits them to nothing, an FAQ that answers the hard questions directly, and a page for accountants who want to refer clients.
A resources section covers the schemes most businesses never check, giving the site a base of search content to grow from, and the no-win, no-fee promise is stated clearly wherever a visitor might hesitate.
Concept
Money you're owed. Savings you deserve.
The idea was to make the offer feel as low-risk as it is: a free check, a thirty-minute call and no obligation. The design is clean and calm, the copy is direct, and every page leads towards one action, booking the free eligibility check.
It is the approach we take when building a brand and website for a consultancy, advisory firm or professional services business that needs to win trust in a market full of jargon.
